Animas River Trail Vacations from $669

This was a perfect location for a weekend getaway! I hope to come back sometime. Peace, nature with modern amenities. We were pleased! Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff! We got back to our room in the evening on Valentines Day to find a very cute goodie bag outside our room for our Daughter with snacks, candy, and little toys from the Hotel staff. We really appreciated the kind gesture. The hot tubs work great and sit on the 4th floor with a nice Mtn.view. They sell Starbucks coffee and although it's from a machine the Chai Latte tasted no different than buying it from Starbucks itself. We loved our stay. We will be back!

Great place to stay. Very comfortable. Walk to restaurants. Fabulous courtyard.

The property is beautiful and they have great amenities but the staff at the Players Club and the restaurant were just plain rude. The grill staff hostess wouldn’t even come by to seat us. It was only 8 pm and they posted open until 10! They just would look then turn away. We left because no one would seat us. Then the girls at the cafe barely responded to questions. Food was premade so the sandwich was soggy and the bun tough yet wet. The guy working the players club was just sarcastic and rude. Check in girl was wonderful and the casino floor wait staff were also nice.

What an amazing experience! The domes were well appointed, cool and had lots of options to fine-tune your comfort. The patio furniture was very comfortable and perfect to enjoy the sounds of the San Juan River, mere steps away. There was a gas powered fire pit that we lit to enjoy the evening and stargazing. I highly recommend the Pagosa River Domes for a neat lodging experience. Our king room had plenty of room to relax and enjoy indoors and out. Check-in was simple and easy, with instructions and entry codes provided by email/text.
